The first coin in the series features The Panther. A black panther is the melanistic colour variant of any Panthera. It is believed that melanism allows for a selective advantage in Panthers/ THis is because it has been found to be more common in certain conditions such as dense forests, where the light levels are much lower.
This coin can be purchased individually or as part of a set along with the other four animals of the Big Cats.
