Returns & Refunds

Hopefully, you won’t need to return an item, however, if you do, it is our aim to make this as simple as possible.

The Official Pobjoy Guarantee:

The Pobjoy Mint hereby certifies that it will buy back from the original buyer any coins or set of coins within 15 days* of receipt for the full original price. Please make sure that you return all component parts and any promotional item or free gift received as well as the original invoice. We do not offer exchanges on any items.  It is the customer's responsibility to check the quantity and quality of all items on receipt within 28 - 42 days of receipt of an order depending on their location. 

The Returns Process:

The easiest way to return an item is by creating a Royal Mail returns label. When creating your returns label, please ensure you select the correct reason for return from the list provided. When packaging the order ready to be returned, please make sure you include your invoice, failure to provide the original invoice may affect the outcome of reimbursement. 

*Please note, 15 days means calendar days and is inclusive of the day that the order is received.

 

Returns & Refunds Policy:

Returning Non-faulty Items:

Non-faulty items can be returned to Pobjoy Mint within 15 days* of receipt of goods and once received back, a refund will be issued. We do not cover postage fees for returns that are not faulty and so return postage is at the discretion of the buyer. You can now create a Royal Mail returns label here, however since the item is not faulty the cost of the label will be deducted from the total refunded. All labels will provide customers with a choice off drop off or collection for their return.  

If your purchase becomes faulty within 15 days of purchase, then you have a legal right to reject the goods and receive a full refund. Depending on the circumstances, we may either a) offer to fix it (repair), b) replace the item or c) offer a refund or price reduction. Please email us in order to rectify any issues that may arise.

Non-faulty products past the 15 days of receipt will not be able to be accepted and therefore no refund is possible. We will also be unable to reimburse any reward points applied to the order, accept exchanges or offer any credit and therefore, can only offer a refund within the timeframe of 15 days.  

 

Returning Incorrect/Faulty Items: 

In addition to our 15-day guarantee, you can return faulty or incorrect items** for free within 28 days of receipt. We now offer pre-paid postage returns labels for faulty items, to create your returns label Click Here

All labels will provide customers with a choice off drop off or collection for their return.  If you have any issues with your order, we will do our best to amend this as quickly as possible and within reason within 28 days of receipt.

Weight Limit :

If the parcel you would like to return weights more than 20kg or exceeds the diamensions 61 x 46 x 46cm (parcel) or 90cm length, 104 cm diameter (tube) then please do not use the tracked returns link option above and instead contact us via [email protected] to arrange a separate return.

 

Exchanging an Item:

Should you wish to exchange an item within your order please contact us at [email protected] **Please note, if the damage on any returned items is considered to be a deliberate act in order to obtain a refund, we reserve the right to return the items to you and our returns policy will be void as this would be classed as attempting to obtain money under false pretences.

In addition to our 15-day guarantee, you can return faulty or incorrect items** for free within 42 days of receipt. 

We do not offer free post envelopes, pre-paid postage labels, or courier service for International customers, however, we will refund postage immediately upon receipt of items. We will only process the refund for the postage cost of:

 

- International Standard
- International Economy


Or the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by International Post. Any postage above these costs will be at the discretion of the buyer.

If you have any issues with your order, we will do our best to amend this as quickly as possible and within reason within 42 days for issues with orders to be made and adjusted.
