Returns & Refunds Policy (UK & Rest of the World Customers)

Hopefully, you won’t need to return an item, however, if you do, it is our aim to make this as simple as possible. Should you wish to return your goods please notify us by email at [email protected] prior to posting.

 

The Official Pobjoy Guarantee

The Pobjoy Mint hereby certifies that it will buy back from the original buyer any coins or set of coins within 15 days of receipt for the full original price. Please make sure that you return all component parts and any promotional item or free gift received as well as the original invoice. We do not offer exchanges on any items.  It is the customer's responsibility to check the quantity and quality of all items on receipt within 28 days of receipt of an order.

The Returns Process

You will need to notify us prior to returning any items via email ([email protected])  so we can confirm the transaction. Please provide your order number (invoice number), the reason for requesting a return, and images of the damage (if applicable) in your email in order for the return process to begin. When packaging the order ready to be returned, please ensure your order number and reason for return is included in the parcel.

Returning Non-Faulty Items (Change of Mind)

Non-faulty items can be returned to Pobjoy Mint within 15 days* of receipt of goods and once received back, a refund will be issued. We do not cover postage fees for returns that are not faulty and so return postage is at the discretion of the buyer.

If your purchase becomes faulty within 15 days of purchase, then you have a legal right to reject the goods and receive a full refund. Depending on the circumstances, we may either a) offer to fix it (repair), b) replace the item or c) offer a refund or price reduction. Please email us in order to rectify any issues that may arise.

Non-faulty products past the 15 days of receipt will not be able to be accepted and therefore no refund is possible. We also do not accept exchanges or offer any credit and therefore, can only offer a refund within the timeframe of 15 days. 

 

Returning Faulty or Incorrect Items

In addition to our 15-day guarantee, you can return faulty or incorrect items** for free within 28 days of receipt. 

We do not offer free post envelopes, pre-paid postage labels, or courier service, however, we will refund postage immediately upon receipt of items. We will only process the refund for the postage cost of:

  • 1st Class
  • 2nd Class
  • 1st Class Signed For

Or the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by International Post. Any postage above these costs will be at the discretion of the buyer.

If you have any issues with your order, we will do our best to amend this as quickly as possible and within reason within 28 days of receipt. For international customers only, the timescale is 42 days for issues with orders to be made and adjusted.

**Please note, if the damage on any returned items is considered to be a deliberate act in order to obtain a refund, we reserve the right to return the items to you and our returns policy will be void as this would be classed as attempting to obtain money under false pretences.

The easiest way to return an item is to simply return it from any post office worldwide using the below address. Please make sure you include your invoice and the reason for returning the items. Failure to provide the original invoice may affect the outcome of the reimbursement.

The Pobjoy Mint hereby certifies that it will buy back from the original buyer any coins or set of coins within 30 days of receipt for the full original price.

In addition to our 30-day guarantee, you can return faulty items for free, however, we do not offer free post envelopes so you will have to pay for the postage fee initially and it will be refunded immediately upon receipt. Postage fees will only be refunded if there is a fault with your product and we will only process the refund for the delivery cost up to First Class or Priority Mail (unless instructed otherwise). You will need to notify us prior to posting the items via email or telephone so we can confirm the transaction and method of shipment.

Non-faulty items should be returned in a saleable condition AND with their original packaging (such as presentation box and Certificate of Authenticity).  We will not accept non-faulty items if we determine they cannot be resold. We may make such a determination based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the appearance, smell, and/or general condition of the item when it is returned to us.

Please make sure that you return all component parts and any promotional item or free gift received as well as the original or copy of the invoice.
