How do I Unsubscribe from your Newsletters?

If you wish to unsubscribe from our newsletters this can be done by logging onto pobjoy.com, going to your account, selecting the newsletter subscriptions tab, unticking the options you wish to unsubscribe from and then saving these changes. A confirmation message will then appear on your screen confirming you have now been unsubscribed.

Discount code: how do I apply a discount code?

All valid discount codes can be applied at the checkout. Once you have selected your shipping method and proceeded to the review and payments section, you will be given the option to apply a Discount Code, this section can be located just below the payment method selection which is usually pay by stripe. Once you have added the discount voucher, click update and your discount should then automatically show on the right-hand side of your order summary.

I want to order a specific item but the website won’t let me complete my purchase. Why?

Although the item is showing as in stock, it may be the last remaining product and currently sitting in another customer’s basket. If this is the case you will be unable to add it your basket and complete your purchase. We advise you checking back at a later time to see if the item has yet been purchased.

Why are my reward points expiring?

Points are held for 12 months from the moment you earn them and will expire if not redeemed within this timeframe.

Why can’t I use my reward points?

You can only start redeeming your points once you hit 100 points. Earn 100 points to receive £10 off ($10 for Americas).

Are there any restrictions I should be aware of when using the royal mail returns label?

Yes, the restrictions are as follows:

Maximum weight and height:

Max weight – 20kg

Parcel Dimensions – 61 x 46 x 46 cm

Tube Dimensions – Length 90cm. Length + twice the diameter must be no more than 104cm

What should I do if my return exceeds these limits?

Why is there an extra charge on my credit card for my order?

Pobjoy Mint does not charge anything extra other than the value of the product, as advertised, value-added tax (in countries where this is applicable only), and shipping. If there is an extra charge or fee showing on your credit card or bank statement please contact your credit card company immediately. Some credit card companies may charge a transaction fee for a certain type of purchase and this is completely at their discretion and we are not liable. To avoid such charges please check your credit card terms and conditions before ordering from us.
